Return & Exchange Policy

At A65 Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please let us know and we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@a65apparel.com and provide your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide you with a return address and any additional instructions.

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference. Refunds will be processed within info@a65apparel.com days of receiving your return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at [insert email address or phone number here] and provide your order number and the details of the exchange. We'll provide you with a return address and any additional instructions.

Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and send you the new item, subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we'll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at info@a65apparel.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll provide you with a return address and any additional instructions.

Once we receive your damaged or defective item, we'll inspect it and issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference. Refunds will be processed within info@a65apparel.com days of receiving your return. We'll also cover the cost of shipping for the return and replacement items.
